WEARING MAKEUP:

If you are wearing a full face of makeup it make take additional time to clean your skin. The time taken to remove your makeup is valuable time that can be used towards treatment time. It its HIGHLY recommended you do not wear makeup to your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS (Booking, Rescheduling, Cancelling):

Lumina Esthetics makes it convenient for you to manage your own appointments. Need to book a new appointment, reschedule, or cancel a current appointment simply visit luminaestheticsmn.com or click on the link received via text or email upon booking.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment start time. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of their missed appointment. I will be flexible in the cases of emergency, illness and inclement weather.
